The practice was established in 2004 by Faruk and Zahida Galia. Faruk qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen’s in 1990 and worked in senior roles at the Big 4 accountancy firms within corporate finance, restructuring, audit and tax. He was the Finance Director of a large pharmaceutical group, helped establish startup ventures and is regularly engaged in corporate advisory work. His skills set makes him ideally placed to offer sound business advice to clients. Zahida manages the practice in addition to being the key relationship manager on the firm’s larger clients.
